The LaVa-X team has been engaged in beam welding of metallic materials for more than 10 years. The core team consists of former scientists from the Institute for Welding Technology and Joining Technology at RWTH Aachen University (ISF), who have been involved in laser beam welding and electron beam welding since 2007.
